Make Money on the Net
You've heard that one before, right? Sure. But money magazine Business 2.0 claims that "the second Internet boom is quietly taking shape" - so it might be worth a listen? Anyhow, the article is linked in the printable version, so print it out or read it without the ads.

Park Walk
This "Lizard" was drawn by comic book artist Vaughn Bodé, who passed away in 1975 at age 33. Bodé is an icon among graffiti artists. The Lizard now appears on t-shirts from Park Walk, a Mo'Wax affiliated clothing company. Spine Magazine has recently brought a Park Walk feature. It's all 'bout the connections... I just made some for you!

I Love Cph
So, the weather stinks 75% of the year, but who cares, we agree that Copenhagen is a great city. Or maybe it's just a collective illusion... Nevertheless it seems to work. Photo by Jacob Langvad.

New RJD2 Audio
I'm proud to present the new Cunninlynguists 12" "Seasons" (real audio) ft. Masta Ace produced by RJD2. The line-up itself should make it an underground favorite. The full audio preview is brought to us by Boiling Point Distribution.

Definitive Jux Discography
It's all you ever wanted, right here. Thanks to the Discogs project!

Bonus info from MetroConcepts:
"For those who haven't heard already, Kimani (Masterminds) and Mr. Len (Company Flow) have joined forces as a new group called The Roosevelt Franklin Project. Kimani was in the office yesterday playing us some material and it sounds hot .... production is crazy, and Kimani comes correct with lyrics that range from very, very funny to very, very somber.

EDO.G hits the studio this weekend to lay vocals for his next album which is being executive produced by the legendary Pete Rock. Diamond D has already contributed a track for the album, as has DJ Revolution.

Do yourself a favor, and go buy Soul Supreme's new LP, The Saturday Night Agenda, which features blazing 70's-style production, and contributions from KRS, BDK, Pete Rock, AG, Rasco, Planet Asia, Reks and more. While you are at it, pick up the new Tame One record on Eastern Conference."

Thanks to MetroConcepts (who manage Mr. Lif and help run Def Jux's street soldiers team) for the quality briefing. Meanwhile, has anybody noticed that Third Earth Music is becoming on the hottest indy hiphop labels around? Lot's of talent right there - Odd Jobs, Jean Grae, Masterminds, Black Panther, Pumpkinhead, Jugganots and the aforementioned Mr. Len... check out their listening section.

Another hot label is coup d'etat with artist such as Akrobatik, Soul Purpose, Approach, J-Live (listen to mp3), MC Paul Barman (a vocal favorite) and Fakts One (Mr. Lif's producer and the executive mastermind behind the "I Phantom" sampler!).

Find pictures from major Danish hiphop events at Pimpstore.dk. It's the website of an actual shop in Odense, Denmark that recently hosted a freestyle battle.

Put your hands up!
One the hottest producers in the hip-hop game right now, Fruity-Loops beatmaker 9th Wonder of Little Brother has made a remake of the newest Nas-album "God's Son". Yes, a remake of the entire album and it's aptly titled "God's Stepson". I haven't heard all of it (yet), but it's creating quite a stir in underground circles.

Check the funky, seventies-sounding 9th Wonder remix of the Nas hit "Made You Look" (in real audio) - I could listen to this track all day. Thanks to the Art of Rhyme website!
