Ninja Tune's Coldcut presents Solid Steel - a very nice radioshow with a nice blend of contemporay electronica and hiphop.

"Political funksters Coldcut have decamped to AMMO CITY to exclusively host their Solid Steel show on the net. For more glorious DJ sets and music visit the Radio section. Coldcut's Solid Steel - The Broadest Beats."

Listen to COLDCUT'S SOLID STEEL with P-LOVE & DK (29/10/2001) - or visit AMMO CITY - its a funky blend!

Urban Broadcast
Last night I think I had a dream that one of my favorite musical creators Boards of Canada had made a new album. I think they're only working on it, but make sure to check their homepage - cause one day it mihgt be updated with more than a new picture (ugh!).

BBC's Radio 1 has a great Urban Weblinks Page that links to a lot of good stuff incl. a record labels, DJs, and artists. Definately worth a bookmark!

Elemental
The latest issue of Elemental Magazine includes interviews and features about Masta Ace, Talib Kweli & Hi Tek, The Micranots, and Jed Davis. Their archives also contains a special feature on the Dilated Peoples.

In the fall of 2000, I had the pleasure of having a course at CBS taught be advertising-guru Larry Percy. He's still a guest lecturer at CBS - definately recommendable! He has a new book entitled "Strategic Advertising Management". Larry Percy's most well-know book is "Advertising Communications and Promotion Management" - which is a must you want to widen your understanding of advertising.

Happy New Year!
I hope that you have all got a great start to the new year - the Y2double. If you are visiting after receiving my X-MAS card by e-mail - let me say again, sorry about sending attachments that could not be opened. Frankly, I find it to be quite embarrasing.

Anyways, for those of you that are interested in hip-hop, check out the reviews for the new Nas, Wu-Tang, Jay-Z Unplugged, etc..

If you're not into the flavors mentioned above, I suggest you check out the return of Pamela Andersen .
