Crockett's Theme
During the last month or so, FPU's "Ocean Drive" (listen yourself) has received an obscene amount of airplay on my stereo. FPU is an alias of Peter Benisch from Sweden. It is just an amazing piece of electro-pop that samples the classic Miami Vice tune. It's out on the Turbo Records label from Canada. Don't be a square, check out the song and the remixes. A 6 track CD EP of the critically acclaimed Crocketts Theme by FPU - alter ego of Swedish tech fiend Peter Benisch (Svek, R&S, Turbo). FPU's take on the Miami Vice classic has gained him international acclaim and is now available as a CD EP. The EP will coincide with the European release of Crocketts Theme on Ministry Of Sound. Featuring exclusive mixes from Mateo Murphy, Zyntherius (Jori Hulkkonen) and the soon to be a classic "Ocean Drive" remixed by Tiga (Full Video released in April) plus two bonus tracks from the forthcoming album by FPU.
